I install trilium server from AUR. And I have viewed several posts from bbs, they recommend systems enable, I have tried. I use
[root@archlinux ~]# systemctl enable trilium-server
Failed to enable unit: Unit file trilium-server.service does not exist.
[root@archlinux ~]# systemctl enable trilium
Failed to enable unit: Unit file trilium.service does not exist.
[root@archlinux ~]# trilium-server
DB size: 4 KBAs you can see, I can use trilium-server to start the program but can't enable it .

Hi, trilium-server.service and trilium.server don't exist. You need to create your own services.
This could help you: https://man.archlinux.org/man/systemd.s … 5#EXAMPLES
