tt-rss : 403 Forbidden error with Nginx and MariaDB

Hi !

I strictly followed the ArchWiki to install and configure Tiny Tiny RSS, using Nginx and MariaDB. Next to edit the php.ini file (enabling modules and setting open_basedir), I tried to access to the tt-rss installer going through 127.0.0.1/tt-rss/. Instead of the installer page, I get the 403 Forbidden error message. I guess I should edit the nginx.conf file, but I don't know how. I looked on the internet, but latest results are 5 years old...

Does anyone could confirm where this issue comes from, and suggest any fix ?
