gnome-power-manager, battery applet, and acpi

Either of the above mentioned only gives me the following messages:
1 hour remaining (100%)
1 hour remaining (0%)

But when I run acpi from the terminal, it gives me the correct values.
At the moment acpi says "60%, 42 min remaining", but gnome-power-manager says "0%, 1 hour remaining".

How can I get gnome to print the corrent values?
