gtk-3.0 documentation aren't unavailable

im trying to learn gtk-3.0 and i checked the arch wiki https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/GTK/Development#C
all it contains are snippets of how to write a basic gui with different languages but i wanted a documentation of gtk and on the bottom most, it has references for manuals such as:

https://developer.gnome.org/gtkmm-tutorial/stable/
https://developer.gnome.org/gtk3/stable/
https://developer.gnome.org/gtk-tutorial/stable/

and all of those aren't unavailable, i simply cannot access it. what do i do?

If you're confident enough with editing the wiki, you could just fix the links. Otherwise leave a note on the discussion page.
