[solved] How to identify the nvidia driver in a backup?

I have a working system backup, yet I'm unable to find used nvidia driver in it.

I need to know the working version in order to downgrade my updated system back to it (currently non-working nvida gpu).

ls /timeshift/snapshots/2021-08-01_16-41-37/localhost/var/lib/pacman/local/nvidia*

Of if your system was up to date at that time, just use the dated-archive mirror for that date to do the downgrade.

Or, even easier:

ls /timeshift/snapshots/2021-08-01_16-41-37/var/cache/pacman/pkg/nvidia-* | sort | tail -1 | pacman -U -

(although this assumes the nvidia package is the only package starting with "nvidia-" ... adjust if needed.
