how to blacklist iwlwifi?

my wifi is 2x times slower than on windows, and always keeps dropping
I dont have an Ethernet cable running with it. I think the problem is with iwlwifi, although I am pretty new to that.
(usb wifi nano stick tl-wn725n rtl8188eus, using plasma)

Post a complete system journal, run

sudo journalctl -b | curl -F 'f:1=<-' ix.io

and post the resulting URL
