Hello all,
I have just switched to Arch after using Ubuntu for over 10 years..
Managed to get Arch running with KDE Plasma but I really want to have XFCE4 for customization..
I don't want to get anything broken or reboot and have a black screen for the 4th time
Will this be enough?
pacman -S xfce4 xfce-goodies
Is there anything I should pay attention to?
Will this give me the option to choose the Desktop Environment before logging in?
Thanks

Thank you!
1. I've read the section you pointed out..
2. Checked that I have the .desktop files in the folders mentioned..
3. Installed:
pacman -S xfce4 xfce4-goodies
4. Checked the folders again and noticed 'xfce.desktop' file created..
5. Logged out of KDE..
6. Noticed a menu at the top left which had XFCE4
7. Logged in using xfce and all is working fine.
Much appreciated!
