[SOLVED] iw reg set doesn't work

Hello. I am fairly new to Arch and Linux in general and I installed Arch with plasma DE on my laptop yesterday. Everything works fairly well but today I tried to take a look with

iwlist wlp2s0 channel

at available channels and noticed that channels 12 and 13 are missing. So I tried things listed here.

iw reg get

returns following output:

global
country 00: DFS-UNSET
        (2402 - 2472 @ 40), (6, 20), (N/A)
        (2457 - 2482 @ 20), (6, 20), (N/A), AUTO-BW, PASSIVE-SCAN
        (2474 - 2494 @ 20), (6, 20), (N/A), NO-OFDM, PASSIVE-SCAN
        (5170 - 5250 @ 80), (6, 20), (N/A), AUTO-BW, PASSIVE-SCAN
        (5250 - 5330 @ 80), (6, 20), (0 ms), DFS, AUTO-BW, PASSIVE-SCAN
        (5490 - 5730 @ 160), (6, 20), (0 ms), DFS, PASSIVE-SCAN
        (5735 - 5835 @ 80), (6, 20), (N/A), PASSIVE-SCAN
        (57240 - 63720 @ 2160), (N/A, 0), (N/A)

phy#0
country 99: DFS-UNSET
        (2402 - 2472 @ 40), (N/A, 20), (N/A)
        (5140 - 5360 @ 80), (N/A, 30), (N/A), PASSIVE-SCAN
        (5460 - 5860 @ 80), (N/A, 30), (N/A), PASSIVE-SCAN

I tried

iw reg set CZ

- without change.
I also tried adding

REGDOMAIN=CZ

into /etc/default/crda and also

COUNTRY=CZ

into the /etc/wpa_supplicant/*.conf (All of these are new or empty files however)
Maybe I'm doing something wrong. I remember trying to figure this out some time ago. Perhaps it's issue with the Wireless adapter itself. I have Qualcomm Atheros QCA 9377. I found that some people resolved this by making a custom kernel or having custom driver in a kernel (I don't really know what exactly). I don't want to recompile kernel everytime arch gets a new version. That's why I chose Arch - because it's rolling release (and heavily customizable). Is there any other way of fixing this. I can connect to wifi at home but at school I think the wifi is coincidentally on channel 13 or 12. I would appreciate any help however. Thank you in advance.

Do you have crda installed and used by cfg80211?
