[SOLVED] Weird issue in multiple applications (SQL vs F2FS related?)

Hi

Lately I have had some weird issues. It started with akonadi not working (tried mariadb, pgsql and sqlite) and that Firefox kept complaining that another application was using its files so it could not load bookmarks and other settings (I could also not set up sync in a fresh firefox config). Since akonadi was broken I tried thunderbird but there I also could not save the email settings in the initial setup.

I tried making a completely fresh user profile, but exactly the same issues persisted so it should not have to do with any of my local settings.

So basically what I am down to now is that there is some sort of issue with databases on F2FS or that I am missing some kind of weird dependency.

Does anyone have an idea what might be wrong and perhaps a few pointers to what I might do to troubleshoot the issue?

It was indeed a corrupt F2FS. I booted up a live usb and did fsck.f2fs on my home partition and after that both akonadi and thunderbird started working
