If I try to view any webpage in the Steam browser (store, profile, community, etc) I get a -130 error, and if I try to sign into chat it gives me an error as if my Internet were disconnected. I've had this issue since I first installed Arch on this machine (9 months ago or so) and I'm at the end of my rope trying to find a solution to it.
It's a strange issue since everything else in Steam apparently works: games install and run (both native and Proton), profile changes on steamcommunity.com are synced, games I purchase on the main site appear in my library, even online play works just fine in Valve games, except I always appear offline to friends.
