R9 390, with AMD GPU drivers, using:
- opencl-mesa, will show up as only OpenCL 1.1 compliant.
- opencl-amd won't even recognize it as a valid GPU.
AMDGPU is enabled for SIK and CIK, and is being used as a driver for the card.
Everything else works, but Vulkan needed downgraded driver (see )
As we all already know, OpenCL 1.2 + is supported by most software, and the card itself should do OpenCL 2.0.

Which version of amdgpu-pro did you use for opencl-amd? For older GPUs you should use older version of amdgpu-pro driver.

Obviously, none, as they're heavily unadvised by software I already use (eg. Proton) and perform worse on average (Phoronix article Wiki points to).
Wiki states they should work with AMDGPU drivers I already use, but, I guess, don't.
AMDGPU-PRO does appear to support my GPU, I will test it, and get back with whatever information I gather.
