motherboard wifi connectivity

Hello, my router is downstairs and 10m away and i cant drill to it so i am forced to use wifi.
I don't know if motherboard wifi needs drivers and if i knew where to look i wouldn't bother you.

if i bought: https://www.newegg.com/gigabyte-x570-i- … -_-Product
and installed arch would i need to install a driver (and probably wrapper)?
or would it work immediately or would it not be compatible?

Thanks for your time
