[Resolved] How do I download additional fonts?

I'm almost embarrassed to have asked this, but my KDE install (I did the Full Monty = 280MB) looks ugly because of the fonts.  Are there any additional fonts I can install so that I can take this Cinderella to the Ball?

pacman -Ss fonts, then select and install the ones you want.
