[SOLVED] alsa and pulseaudio doesnt work

today I install archlinux, but i dont know how to configure a sound. I download some alsa plugins and pulseaudio, but it don't help

alsamixer give me this

install sof-firmware and alsa-ucm-conf, remove, or post that config that it fails to load here and reboot.
