Did a FuLL upgrade -Syu to the 5.12.1 kernel running 5.11.11,

This DESKTOP is AMD Ryzen 3 2200G builtin GPU, NO other GPU.
After Upgrade ,looked normal ,made sure SyStemD did not clear the screen on boot,
do that on ALL upgrades on all computers.
ON Boot, saw normal kernal messages, before the screen type resizes. then Screen stayed BLACK.
KEYBOARD did not make any difference; no login or "ALT_CNRT_DEL" did not worked.
Reset or poweroff buttons restarted computer when locked.
i Never use DM or GUI login on ARCH, always start login on tty1.
After Booted from 5.9 usb arch-install, downgraded from cache kernel-5.11.11 pacman -U,
boot to locked system again.
Downloaded kernel-5.11.16 for a pacman -U, still locked after boot.
Then after booting USB-arch-iso ARCH_202105, arch-chroot to look at the
systemD-journals on this AMD system.
JUST before the kernel PANiC, amdgpu timeout on SyStemD-boot loader.
Also tried boot with out #amd-ucode.img and boot the Large initramfs, nomodeset,acpi=off, all lockups.
Also tried newer USB-arch-iso ARCH_202108 boot, lockup system, ARCH_202108 USB booted ok on TWO other computers.
On the ARCH_202108 USB, tried kernel parm acpi=off, locked. Noted that newer Firmware 202108 wait till 5.14 Syu.
THEN tried DownGrade firmware , got error sys readonly, then boot to NORMAL with firmware 20210315 from 20210426 and 20210716.
IS there other kernel parms other than acpi=off, nomodeset. Know that pacman.conf can ignore firmware (not dowload)??
Have NOT figured the BEST PASTEBIN site for this or ever used a pasteBIN before. tring code tags with this post 1st time.

Today 9/19/2021, did full upgrade, linux-firmware 20210818 was added to system. Rebooted to Normal [not hung UP]
Also Dowloaded 202109 iso image, booted that iso on 2 computers, including the AMD desktop to normal boot.
