Hi I just finished setting up my Arch installation. I installed nivdia graphics drivers followed by sddm and plasma. I also made sure to create a new user with a home directory. When I reboot my system, I am stuck in the login screen. It shows my new users name, but when enter my password and hit enter nothing happens. I also have 2 monitors,if that affects anything
Edit: after using a second tty terminal, viewing journalctl -b -u sddm
Message received from greeter: Login
Reading from "/var/lib/sddm/.desktop"
Invalid session "var/lib/sddm/.desktop"
This is shown many times, probably because I tried logging in many times

Reading from "/var/lib/sddm/.desktop"
sounds like a bogus session entry
stat /usr/share/xsessions/plasma.desktop
pacman -Qikk plasma-workspaceIn very doubt, you just have to explicitly select a session at the greeter?

Running the first command says there is no such file or directory
Running the second command says 'plasma-workspace' not found

No, you didn't. Certainly not plasma and that's the problem.
