[SOLVED] New tearing-like issues after pacman -Syu

Hi,

I upgraded my system with pacman -Syu within the past 4 days and since then I have been seeing screen tearing-like issues that did not happen before. It is incredibly obvious in Wine and more subtle and subdued in other programs like Telegram's QT desktop client and KeePassXC, also a QT program. It has not shown up in other programs yet. It is restricted to a program window.
I know barely anything about graphics cards, drivers, and hardware, or what specs I need to provide to you guys, So I do not have any hints on how to fix this.
I have tried downgrading the linux package from 5.13.13 to 5.13.10 but that fixed nothing. I have not installed new programs. I have tried to take screenshots with scrot but it does not appear.
