Lenovo ThinkPad E14 Fn keys are not working

I am using Lenovo ThinkPad E14 Gen2 Ryzen 5 4500U, I am trying to use my alternative Fn keys but they are not working.
For example Fn+F5 without Fn lock should lower the screen brightness and Fn+F1 mutes speakers.
I am using linux kernel 5.14.2-arch1-2. I also tried lts kernel and it did not solve my problem either.
What can i do to solve this problem ?

I also have E14, but this probably isnt that specific.I dont think system recognises these functions directly. Any full featured desktop should do that, but something like i3 doesnt. I had to bind these keys to commands myself.
Please add more information about your system. But i may be wrong and this is a problem of the kernel.

He is banned and the thread is over two months old, but for anyone finding this and looking for a solution:

# Install xbindkeys for binding function keys
$ sudo pacman -S xbindkeys
# Generate default xbindkeys configuration
$ xbindkeys --defaults > $HOME/.xbindkeysrc
# Poll which media keys the key provides by executing the following and hitting the key:
$ xbindkeys --key 

The last command should output a block like

"(Scheme function)"
    m:0x10 + c:121
    Mod2 + XF86AudioMute

You should replace (Scheme function) with something you want to run when the media button is pressed, e.g. pactl set-sink-mute @DEFAULT_SINK@ toggle for pulseaudios muting default sink.
