Hello everyone,
I'm having a problem with my loved arch that's quite a mystery to me. The situation is as follows:
Computer runs stable without any problems and no black screens. After 10 minutes idle, the computer goes into standby mode. When I now use it again, the computer awakes without any problems. But after the computer came back from standby mode, from time to time it suddenly shows a black screen when inactive for some seconds. When I move the courser, the image reappears and I can see everything. It behaves as if the computer goes straight into standby mode after only a few seconds. I don’t have to log in again when I move the courser.
The strange thing is that this happens only after the computer was in standby. Before the computer enters the standby mode for the first time since turned on, no immediate “going to sleep”. When I shut it down and reboot it, it’s the same situation: No immediate standby until it was idle for more then ten minutes.
I have no idea what this could be and I don’t know which data could be interesting in order to solve the problem. I’m not even sure whether my description is helpful.
Does anyone have an idea?
