[SOLVED] Current Kdenlive build introduces errors

It looks like the current Kdenlive build is faulty and it causes bugs. (The one installed using sudo pacman -S kdenlive)

I attempted to put this as a comment on the project page

but I couldn't.. And I apologise if I was posting in the wrong place.

There are two bugs which are currently being attrubuted to the Archlinux build of Kdenlive:

Could the maintainers @arojas and @felixonmars please have a look?

Double clicking for fullscreening the project monitor works fine here, and my knowledge of Arabic typesetting isn't good enough to determine whether the random assortment of chars I used to test look like they should or not. I'm assuming the latter problem here could be a change in the current freetype. Maybe provide a sample text to copy paste and check?

It is strange because I tried the fullscreen on two different machines, and it does not work on any.
