Cant find tlmgr after installing LaTeX

Hi! This is my first post so sorry if I don't do something right. I installed LaTex with

$ sudo pacman -S texlive-most

Now, I can get pdflatex to run but when I run tlmgr I get

$ tlmgr
bash: tlmgr: command not found
 

However, I found some mentions of tlmgr:

 $ locate tlmgr
/usr/share/texmf-dist/scripts/texlive/tlmgr.pl
/usr/share/texmf-dist/scripts/texlive/tlmgrgui.pl
/usr/share/tlpkg/tltcl/tlmgr.gif

I have spent a while trying to figure it out so I would really appreciate any help I can get. Thanks in advance!
