Hi, Sorry to be a pain but I can't quite see how to get logrotate to give a file different permissions when the log rotates.
Basically I need the mail log file to have read permissions for all to allow a reporting program to produce reports. At the moment the default rights are RW-R_ and that is it.

Answered my own question, it is in syslog_ng that I need to chamge things!
