Hello,
I have a weird issue with the font config cache.
I have installed siji font (https://github.com/stark/siji) via AUR (https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/siji-git/) (same issue happens when installed manually, without AUR, though). After install font works normally.
BUT after every reboot, font is purged from font cache. It is still there in /usr/share/fonts and fc-query on the font file works fine. But fc-list does not list the font and font is not usable from programs. I have to manually run `fc-cache -f` (omitting the -f flag does not appear to work) to get the font usable again. Afterwards it works fine, until the next reboot.
Any idea what could cause this? Where could I get more logs to diagnose the issue?
I am using default /usr/share/fontconfig (no changes made).
Thanks.

The error is mentioned in the AUR and because its PKGBUILD says
install -D -m644 bdf/siji.bdf "${pkgdir}/usr/share/fonts/misc/siji.bdf"
I'm gonna say it's just https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=261208
https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/siji-ng/ uses pcf and otb so that should™ work.
