[SOLVED] Newbie Here! Question about custom g14 kernel

I'm worried that my system could break if the g14 kernel happens to fail. How can I relay on linux kernel itself in case something goes wrong with this custom kernel? Or should I not be worried at all?

You can install multiple kernels, and select the one you want to boot from in your boot {loader, manager}.
