Could not resolve keysym XF86***

Hi,

I've had this issue for some time now. Whenever I run startx, it boots up, but the media buttons on my laptop don't seem to work, and if I quit X, I see a bunch of errors that follow the formula of the massage in the the title, but the *** is matching with mediabuttons. I'm using a DELL Latitude laptop. I tried changing

Option "XkbModel" "latitude"

in /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/00-keyboard.conf, since I saw it in the list by running

localectl list-x11-keymap-layouts

but it doesn't work. Am I doing something wrong?
