Still I'd consider it better if you added some link to the (install) doc & bbs
The repo you used for E17 (fouiny) is not being maintained & thus is out of date. In fact, i'm wondering how you got it work on latest Arch 0.7.2; it stopped to work in this location back after some sys-update back in July.
Enlightenment DR17 is now nicely maintained by reverie. Details are available
