Which router software available for ArchLinux you prefer?

The router have a processor Xeon-W3223, nvme ssd ddr4 ram and a mainboard with pcie x16 slots for spf28 networkcard

And what is the max throughput with a firewall like iptables and spf28(25 Gbit/s)?
