Xchat Fonts && Fluxbox Keys

Hi,
I'm a new Arch-user, I'm coming from Gentoo Linux.
Arch is very good, but I've two problems:

1) I've installed Fluxbox. I use always a mine keys config for hotkeys, this:

None F1 :Workspace 1
None F2 :Workspace 2
None F3 :Workspace 3
None F4 :Workspace 4
Control q :ExecCommand firefox
Mod1 a :ExecCommand gnome-terminal
Mod1 e :ExecCommand gvim
Mod1 x :ExecCommand audacious
Mod1 f :ExecCommand xftree4
Mod1 z :ExecCommand xfce-mcs-manager
Mod1 g :ExecCommand gaim
Mod1 y :ExecCommand xchat
Mod1 r :ExecCommand amule
Mod1 F2 :ExecCommand fbrun
Mod1 Tab :MacroCmd {Deiconify LastWorkspace} {NextGroup 0}
Mod1 F4 :Close
Mod4 Mod1 Right :MoveRight 20
Mod4 Mod1 Left :MoveLeft 20
Mod4 Mod1 Up :MoveUp 20
Mod4 Mod1 Down :MoveDown 20

I've installed gnome-terminal.
All of this keys works, firefox, amule and others, but not gnome-terminal.
When I close Xorg, on the tty I can see this line:

/bin/sh: gnome-terminal: command not found

Why gnome-terminal not works and the others works correctly?

2) I've a problem with xchat fonts, with Monospace 8, look:
· On ArchLinux: http://freeshare.us/123fs1171683.png
· On Gentoo: http://freeshare.us/123fs1171563.png
can you see the different screenshots?
On Gentoo I had the same problem, and I'd resolved with:

USE="bindist" emerge freetype

but.. in ArchLinux how can I solve?

Thanks very much for a potential help.

Bye, Socks

PS: Sorry for English,
