Missing community packages? go, go-tools

I'm not sure where to post this question. Moderators, please feel free to move it appropriately.
I'm a relative newb to linux and especially to Arch.

go seems to have gone missing from the community repos.

Background:
I've installed Arch in a VirtualBox VM running on a Windows 10 host.

I'm trying to install a development build of Celestia. See https://snapcraft.io/install/celestia-daily/arch

One of its installation prerequisites is snap. One of snap's prerequisites is go.
Unfortunately, installation of go fails with the error message "failed to download". See below.

Is this a temporary problem? (I had a similar problem with bind-utils not long ago, which resolved itself by the next day)
Is there someone or some group I should notify about this problem?
Here's what seems to be the relevant section of the terminal output.

selden@anarchyxfce4: ~/builds/snapd $ makepkg -si

Thanks!
Installation of snap seems to be proceeding.
