Seems not occuring on prebuild core kernel. @loqs could you suggest any reason of such a kernel behaviour? Maybe some of latest #watchdog commits could have the impact on the issue.
***UPDATE***
Seems the problem was related to CONFIG_HZ kernel config option, was set to 1000, after came back to default 300, the system runs stable for now.
