KDE:"Failed to start service" when using shortcut to start application

After todays kde plasma update I get an error message whenever I start an application via a keyboard shortcut. For example I have Konsole set up to launch when I press ctrl+alt+t.

When I press the shortcut, konsole launches fine, however I also get a window from kded stating "Failed to start service 'Konsole'."

Any idea how to get rid of this popup?
