Go sleep will cause power loss on HP Z620

Hey guys,

I am running Arch Linux on an HP Z620 Workstation , which is running on 03.96 Rev.A BIOS. it seems like everything works well ,
however ,when i click "Sleep" in the KDE , it will sleep normally for a while , then the power cut .
but for windows it will work normally.

also in ACPI , s3 is marked as "support".

$ sudo dmesg | grep -i acpi | grep supports
[    0.504381] ACPI: (supports S0 S3 S4 S5)

i also try to run fwts on this pc but the time is too short to cut.Can anyone help me out here, please?
