Nvidia Drivers Failing "(EE) no screens found (EE)" [SOLVED]

Hello all, sorry if this could be answered by another post somewhere on this site. I troubleshooted for about six hours and decided I would prefer help from those who are wholly less ignorant on Linux than I am. Here's the log file:

https://pastebin.com/HRTHYsCv

I have two monitors, a dedicated graphics card, and an integrated graphics card (I disabled it in BIOS).

Thanks for the help.

I forgot to mention, I saw some sources online saying that using a window manager might make some issues. I'm currently running DWM by the Suckless team. (I have a beginner-level knowledge on Linux in its entirety, I just thought I might dive headlong into it after hating Windows for so long).

Re: Nvidia Drivers Failing "(EE) no screens found (EE)" [SOLVED]

This is embarrassing... In order to access and use my computer from the error NVIDIA drivers were causing I had to uninstall them. For some reason it started working as soon as I reinstalled them to run the commands you asked for me to run. I will promise that I had tried reinstalling and using different versions and such, it just for some reason worked this time.
