USB keyboard does not work in UEFI systemd-boot when FastBoot enabled

Hi all.

* I have the last ArchLinux update from the 13-11-2021 (with the systemd v249).
* I use the systemd-boot (a gummyboot) to work as the multi-boot (to load the Linux, Windows).
* I use the AMD Ryzen9 3900 && ASRock Steel Legend motherboard B450.

A problem is that when I don't use the FastBoot option from the motherboard BIOS/UEFI then the booting time is about 20-30 seconds up to the booting menu. That's a very long time (seems, it is the motherboard feature).

But, when I enable the "FastBoot" option in motherboard BIOS/UEFI, then the booting time is very fast..
But, the keyboard becomes non-functional, I can't select the required OS to load from the systemd-boot menu...
Also the other keys, like E, W, L Enter and other does not work too.

I have found mention about the similar issue for the PS/2 keyboards.. seems there this issue was fixed in the system-d v248..
But, I have the USB keyboard, and the system-d v249..

Can anybody help me? Maybe to show a direction?
