KDE: after login phys screen resolution is wrong, whole screen shifts
Just made an update of the system and now
1) the screen resolution for login screen is correct
2) after login the resolution is changed, so that a mouse move shifts the whole screen
Can't figure out how to fix / restet this.
Any hints?

That's called panning and you probably configured it for kscreen w/ the display settings in system settings (or, on a stretch w/ nvidia-settings if you've an nvidia GPU and apply the settings on the session start… somehow)
