I'm currently having problem where it says I have no output or input devices found for my audio device. I'm not sure how to fix it.

Remove the snd_intel_dspcfg parameter and install sof-firmware instead.

Hi, I've removed snd_intel_dspcfg and rebooted. running sudo dmesg | grep snd now yields the following :
[ 3.143594] snd_hda_intel 0000:00:1f.3: DSP detected with PCI class/subclass/prog-if info 0x040100
[ 3.143617] snd_hda_intel 0000:00:1f.3: Digital mics found on Skylake+ platform, using SOF driver

[ 3.362001] snd_soc_skl 0000:00:1f.3: Digital mics found on Skylake+ platform, using SOF driverThere's still no sound and it still says dummy output.
Offline
If you didn't install sof-firmware that doesn't surprise me. if you did what's the output of
sudo dmesg | grep -i sofOffline
I believe I already did install sof-firmware unless I did something wrong?
sudo dmesg | grep -i sof

Does anyone have a solution for this?

You'd probably have to check/report a bug to https://github.com/thesofproject/sof maybe give sof-firmware-git a shot. Possibly also a newer kernel.
One thing you could test though I wouldn't have high hopes is check whether it's just available ports misdetection. Do you get any audio if you do
