"Tearing" in Qt5 Applications

Hello,

first things first:

This only happens when using Mesa. When I use xf86-video-intel instead, everything looks perfectly fine (but to be fair, there are some other issues with that driver, that's why I'd like to use mesa instead)

I'm using the Dell XPS 9305 with the i7-1165G7, 16GB RAM and the inbuild Intel Iris Xe graphics.
System updated moments ago (08.12.2021, 20:30 CET).

Any help on that would be greatly appreciated!

This seems to be the same issue that I have. See the discussion here. The short answer is use a compositor like picom and wait for upstream to fix.
