Good day! I have a problem, put fresh Arch. Installed drivers for the video card (gtx 1050 ti nvidia). But unfortunately, when I open, for example, the system parameters, the animation of the icon near the cursor freezes + lags the animation of the wheel on the bottom panel (when opening applications). Also, when I go to the menu and hover over the tab, it slows down the opening. I also want to add when I move the same file or picture across the desktop and not only the animation slows down

If that's the only issue that can be normalish, something you can try to make this more smooth is enable TripleBuffering on the nvidia card with e.g. /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/11-nvidia-tripleBuffer.conf
Section "OutputClass"
Identifier "nvidia"
MatchDriver "nvidia-drm"
Option "TripleBuffer" "On"
EndSection

i did as you said, created /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/11-nvidia-tripleBuffer.conf and pasted your code. but I also have such problems ...
QStandardPaths: XDG_RUNTIME_DIR not set, defaulting to '/tmp/runtime-root'
QStandardPaths: XDG_RUNTIME_DIR not set, defaulting to '/tmp/runtime-root'
Warning: Setting a new default format with a different version or profile after the global shared context is created may cause issues with context sharing.
and this
Couldn't start kglobalaccel from org.kde.kglobalaccel.service: QDBusError("org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.Disconnected", "Not connected to D-Bus server")
and
XDG_SESSION_ID=2
XDG_RUNTIME_DIR=/run/user/1000
XDG_RUNTIME_DIR not set

These don't matter for your OpenGL/desktop acceleration but are still weird where do you see these? How are you starting your session/KDE? What's your output for
echo $DBUS_SESSION_BUS_ADDRESS
loginctl show-session $XDG_SESSION_ID
e.g. XDG_RUNTIME_DIR is likely not set when e.g. SDDM starts, but that is irrelevant if it's set properly when KDE comes up.

@V1del,
echo $DBUS_SESSION_BUS_ADDRESS...
unix:path=/run/user/1000/bus
I wrote
systemctl enable sddm
during installation and from the user
sudo systemctl enable sddm
. maybe it affects, what do you say?
loginctl show-session $XDG_SESSION_ID...

Which file/command are you looking at that gives you these messages? loginctl and dbus session are correct this should work normally for your normal session. kglobalaccel is for global keyboard shortcuts, do these not work on your system? e.g. Alt+F2 should show you a krunner on top of the screen.
It looks like ~/.xsession-errors but if the first two lines are just from SDDMs initial startup then they will "fix" themselves once you are in your actual session so should not be cause for concern

Alt+F2 it works for me

That all looks correct/expected, unless you notice something not working I'd not worry too much.
On to the original problem, did the triple buffer help with the animations? None of the things we went on a tangent here should have any effect on the general GL performance as long as the appropriate driver is selected, which it is.
