Hello. My screen goes blank for 2-3s at random infrequent intervals. After blanking everything works again. I don't have an xorg file configured and here's my hardware:-

This might sound like a stupid question but have you checked if the monitor is plugged in correctly? Maybe the cable or the port on your graphics card is broken.

The monitor is plugged in correctly but will try another cable and what what happens.

Please post xorg log and system journal of a boot that cover those incidents.
On a limb: drop xf86-video-intel and try to disable fbc and psr, https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Intel_ … nable_fbc) , https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Intel_ … flickering

Changed the HDMI cable and that fixed it:)
