Installation Stuck in Dual Boot via USB

First of all, This is my First time asking something in a forum and English is not my 1st language.
I was trying to install the arch and I followed steps from the arch wiki Installation guide But I didn't boot.
It is just stuck on A Black screen with 5 lines.

I've downloaded the .iso file from http://mirror.rackspace.com/archlinux/iso/2021.12.01/ then I've Booted my USB using BelenaEtcher. Then I chose USB in the boot loader and it is stuck on This screen.

My Laptop is Acer Aspire A315-23.

Also, I've Tried to Boot many other distros (manjaro, PopOs, Fedora, EndeavourOS, void, Atrix). None of them booted.

I've Booted my USB using BelenaEtcher.

Is this a message you get when first booting from the Arch USB stick, or is this a post-install reboot message? Also, did you verify the image and (if relevant) disable Secure Boot?
