Pavucontrol struck at establishing connection to pulseaudio

When I try to open pavucontrol it is struck at "establishing connection to pulseaudio".
To make it work i have to stop pulseaudio with "pulseaudio -k"and check it with "pulseaudio --check" and use "pulseaudio -D" then start pulseaudio to make it work.
I have to repeat it with every restart.

Tried deleting .config/pulse and reinstalling still not helping.

Any solution is appreciated.

How are you starting your session and what's the output of

systemctl --user status pulseaudio
printenv | grep DBUS
