[SOLVED] Getting errors while trying to update.
Lot of files exists in file system.
Can I delete all these ?
If yes, how? like is there any single line command or do I have to delete each of them one by one?

I'm almost too scared to try to answer this. The people here are not very forgiving and show little tolerance when it comes to posts like this. Expecting answers that will spoon feed you, will also not happen. That you are asking if it's Ok to delete "these files" shows a complete lack of understanding of what you are doing. Or what it is that you think you're going to accomplish by doing something because of the remote possibility that it may be the "correct" thing to do! My suggestion would be to go and read, possibly, the best Wiki in the Linux world: https://wiki.archlinux.org/
and get yourself up to speed with what ArchLinux is all about. Arch is really for more advanced Linux users and once you've read through the Wiki and you see that it's beyond your capabilities, give Ubuntu or one of the user friendly distro's a bash.

I have already read that article and ran
pacman -Qo /path/to/file for 9 conflicting file, you can see it at the end of the code. Output of
pacman -Qo /path/to/file for all these files say that they aren't owned by any package, now according to article I should rename all the files and retry to update, but there are 100+ files I can't do that for each of them. And the reason I asked to delete all these files is because this is what issue I was initially facing, I got rid of xfce4-whiskermenu related errors by simply removing it cuse I don't use xfce now. It was probably not uninstalled with rest of xfce stuff.
Now , gobject-introspection-runtime and python-gobject are gnome modules which I never installed, mpg123 is an audio player which I never installed by my self and I don't know much about imlib2.
So I know I can delete gobject-introspection-runtime, python-gobject and mpg123. it's also written in wiki that after I successfully update I can remove renamed conflicting files.
I just want to be sure that I won't break anything if I delete these files. Can I also delete imlib files ?
OR can I use --overwrite ?

Those packages were probably pulled in by others you installed .
mpg123 for example is required for mplayer and sdl2_mixer and optional for wine and vlc .
You can use
pacman -Qi some-package-nameto find what on your system needs those packages .
Disliking systemd intensely, but not satisfied with alternatives so focusing on taming systemd.
clean chroot building not flexible enough ?
Try clean chroot manager by graysky

Only if you're confident using globs and even then it's generally discouraged:
Generally avoid using the --overwrite option with pacman. The --overwrite option takes an argument containing a glob. When used pacman will bypass file conflict checks for files that match the glob. In a properly maintained system, it should only be used when explicitly recommended by the Arch developers.

Yeah, and this is exactly the kind of situation that --overwrite is used for. It should not be used willy-nilly, but it should also not be discouraged when it is precisely the right solution to a problem.
The only question is how the system got in this state with a broken local database. Was their a poweroff in mid update at some point? Or could there be a issue with the drive / device (run a SMART test to check).

I'm glad it helped with the immediate issue - but don't overlook trying to pin down the cause. This is not something that should ever happen on a properly functioning system. You fixed the symptom, but did not identify the "disease" which may still exist. We can't always identify the cause of a one-off issue, but you should do some checks - was there anything odd in the pacman log indicating something like a power cut during an update (or do you recall such an event) or have you run a SMART test on the disk / device? These are simple diagnostics for what are likely the two most likely causes of this sort of problem.
