Stuck at shutdown

When I try to shut my system down (or reboot for that matter), it gets stuck on a screen that says (I'm writing from a photo and some numbers were cut but I don't think they are relevant):

Starting version 250-1-arch
/dev/nvme0n1p4: clean, 988460/8814592 files, x/x blocks
Unmounting all devices.
Detaching loop devices.
Disassembling stacked devices.

In another post someone suggested that it could be related to nvidia drivers, though I tried removing drivers and shutting it down again which didn't help.

Any thoughts?

Try to load kernel with rd.log rd.debug flags and read debug output

You mean adding rd.log rd.debug to kernel parameters, right?

I did that, and there were no additional outputs after the lines in the first post. And I think I can't save any log file because the event happens after unmounting / .
