Ultimaker Cura does not multiply object

Hi,
I installed Ultimaker Cura 4.12.1 from the repository and when I try to multiply an object the pop up window opens and stays there forever. The program does not freeze it just do not multiply.
I downloaded the appImage from the official site and it works fine.

I started the program from the terminal but I didn't see any error I could understand.
