fbsetbg doesn't work after fluxbox upgrade

Hi.. does anybody got a clue why my fbsetbg script fails to set the wallpaper when fluxbox (after update) starts?
   
    I tried everything :root.Command, overlay, ~/.fluxbox/startup, feh, qiv, Esetroot.. all failed.. But when fluxbox starts, I simply open aterm as root and fbsetbg -l and... voila..
   
    I managed to find a workaround #fbsetbg -R ~/pathtodir, but I'm looking for a more elegant solution

I'm confused about what you tried, but if you haven't tried the following, do so:

edit ~/.fluxbox/init

edit so that it looks like this:

session.screen0.rootCommand:fbsetbg -l

then save. Restart fluxbox.
