Lost French keyboard [and now my Screen resolution]

Yesterday, I upgraded with a 1440X900 monitor panoramic type, which is great

Since then I lost my french keyboard. In my rc.conf, I have

KEYMAP=cf.map.gz

which I always had. So after I lost my french keyboard, I added

Option "XkbLayout" "ca(fr)"

in my xorg.conf, but no success I also get this error in my xorg.xonf:

(EE) Error loading keymap /usr/share/X11/xkb/compiled/server-0.xkm

Maybe there's something else in your xorg.conf that's not quite right?
You could try using xorgconfig, or perhaps posting the whole of your keyboard section here might uncover something.

Try to reinstall all xorg (the group) packages, it has solved the problem here.

I did that, ran hwd to get the basic config file. I went to this site http://eccentric.cx/wordpress/2005/11/14/acer-al1916w/ where I found valuable information to set my display. Worked the first time, now it refuses to work.

Anyway, here is the xorg.conf when the display was working fine. I had it backed up but it appears useless now.

I also have this in xorg log:
