Pantheon DE: cannot set night light

Hi Arch community,

I followed this guideline on how to set the Pantheon DE on my Arch Linux: https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Pantheon

Nonetheless, when I try to set the night color with io.elementary.wingpanel, no change takes effect.
Also, I tried to set the color with another application (Redshift):

redshift -O 5000

result: it sets correctly the light from 3 seconds, then it comes back as it was before.

Could you please help me find a solution?
