Showing wrong battery charge percentage

Hi
      I am having a weird issue with my laptop. It's showing me wrong battery percentage. If i run acpi , it's showing me a output :-

Battery 0: Discharging, 0%, rate information unavailable
Battery 1: Charging, 94%, 00:23:35 until charged

It's showing me the output of 2 batteries. If the battery is discharging , laptop shutdown after when the battery percentage reaches at nearly 40% and will not turn of untill i plug-in my laptop. Even i will not get a low battery warning. Sometimes it shut down at 60%. This is very annoying . Is there any fix for this ? I wasn't getting this problem when i was on windows. My battery discharges within 45 minutes on every operating system i use. That's a issue with my battery. But this wrong battery percentage is very annoying.

Btw , i am on qtile WM now. I got this issue even when i was on GNOME and KDE
