A quick way to restart panel in KDE?

KDE wayland has had a recent bug that causes taskbar panels to freeze.

I'm certain a bug report has been filed, but would there be a quick and simple way for me to simply tell panels to refresh or restart without restarting the whole wayland session?

I experience the same problem. I do not find a bugreport in the Arch Linux bug system but it is reported as a bug in de KDE bug system (429211). Restarting the panel indeed fixes the problem - till it happens again.
