No Graphics without amdgpu.dpm=0 on AMD Radeon VII

Dear Arch Linux Community.

I am having trouble with my graphics card: AMD Radeon VII.
Since some time (several kernel updates ago) it has happened, that Wayland or Xorg cannot find the graphics
card, which sometimes fixed itself, when i rebooted often enough.
It now happens, that i cannot use the graphics card at all,
without supplying the kernel with the parameter

amdgpu.dpm=0

.

I am currently using the 5.16.5 Kernel and have tried linux-lts, linux-lts54 and linux-lts419.

EDIT:
I came across the following Post: https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=247733
And indeed, i can boot into graphical mode, when i have only one monitor connected.
After booting i can even connect a second one without problems, so i found a workaround for now.
And i fear no longer, that my hardware is broken smile
Any hints, if i can do something to succeed booting with more than one monitor and without amdgpu.dpm=0 would be appreciated nonetheless.

Thanks for the welcome and the idea.
I did not try it before. I added "amdgpu" to the modules in mkinitcpio.conf and rebuilt the initramfs,
but sadly no luck, i still can't boot to graphical mode without unplugging my second monitor.
